Welcome to the homepage of The Grain Coffeehouse

The mission of the Grain is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the use of contemporary music , art, drama, poetry, and service projects. We are part of the Marshall United Methodist Church and support the mission and social principals of the United Methodist Church.

Our church has added on a new addition for which we will now be able to offer much greater possibilities for worship, concerts, and many other projects we wish to do. Join us as we celebrate our Christian faith and share our talents for yet another year full of fun and fellowship.

The Emberlight is a high energy Christian rock band with layer of pop sensibility and a passion for today's youth. With driven guitars, interesting chord progressions, woven melodies and countermelodies and a pop sensibility, the music is a holiday for your ears. Stylistically, the writing draws influence from American rockers Foo Fighters, Switchfoot, pop rockers Weezer, Fall Out Boy, All American Rejects and the intelligence of Relient K.
